Food Drive for the Salvation Army   Help fight hunger in our community! The library is a drop off center for the Salvation Army Food Pantry. We are accepting donations until December 21. Do you remember all the evenings spent at the dinner table with your family? Maybe your mom was yelling at you to finish your peas (gross), or maybe your sister was kicking you under the table. Maybe that's where you found out your dad got a promotion, or maybe that's where your older brother opened his first college acceptance letter. for our TED Ed Kids Club program! The library held a 12 week program, for kids 8 years and up, offering a unique club experience that allows students to be inspired by new ideas, pursue their own passions, and develop real-life skills - TED Ed Club.  Their final TED Ed performance is Wednesday, November 29 at 6:00pm.  Each child will give a 4-7 minute speech.  We need an audience! We need 10-15 adults able to listen attentively, applaud the speaker when finished, and take time to give the speaker positive feedback or questions related to their topic.  Please reply to this email, if you are able to attend.
