Voter Registration Opportunity
 
What:  Voter Registration
 
Who: Registration is for U.S. citizens who will be 18 by the November 6, 2018.
·      If you have moved or changed your name since the last election, you must re-register to vote.
·      Naturalized citizens must provide the court, date, and place of naturalization.
 
When:  Sunday, Aug. 27, 2017 from noon – 6 pm, during the Midtown District Festival
 
Where: Katie's Cup, 502 7th Street, Rockford
 
Bring 2 forms of identification. One with current address and correct name, another with correct name. Example: a current driver's license and a utility bill.
 
 
 
The purpose of the League of Women Voters of Greater Rockford is
to promote political responsibility through informed and active participation
of citizens in government and to act on selected governmental issues.
 
The League of Women Voters, a nonpartisan political organization,
encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government,
works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences
