ROCKFORD (WNTA) - The Rockford City Council votes 11-3 to approve the ordinance that will expand alcohol sales by four hours on Sunday.  The current hours of 11 a.m. to midnight will go to 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday.  Proponents said the new hours will be similar to surounding communities...
