STATELINE (WIFR) -- A trio of construction projects could start causing headaches in the Stateline this week. The Whitman Street Bridge Interchange is getting some minor repairs. Workers will remove debris, patch potholes, and repave on and off ramps. One ramp will be closed each day. That means traffic patterns will be changing.
