ROCKFORD (WREX) - Quick actions by Rockford firefighters helps limit the damage an apartment fire Thursday morning.
The flames sparked around 8:30 a.m. on the second floor of the Harbor House Apartment at 707 N. Court Street. Three people, including a mother and her child, were able to get out of the home unharmed.
