ROCKFORD (WREX) - Update 7:00 PM -  We are seeing our first signs for strong to severe storm tonight with a Tornado Watch for Western and Northwestern Iowa until 1am tonight.  Any of the storms that form out west could move east into our area into the late evening and overnight hours.  Main threat for the storms tonight is large hail, frequent lightning and heavy rainfall...
