ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Tomorrow from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, the Rockford Police Department will honor fifteen citizens in a graduation ceremony from the department's Citizens Police Academy. City Administrator Jim Ryan and Police Chief Epperson will be the keynote speakers at the ceremony.
