Damage widespread after strong line of severe storms - WREX.com

UNDATED (WREX) - Damage reports are coming in from all over the viewing area after a strong storm system rocks the area Sunday night.

The City of Rockford has gone into its emergency storm operation mode to start cleaning up downed trees. The city has opened it emergency operations center to coordinate the clean-up effort. City crews will be out cleaning up debris until 11:00 p.m., and will then resume in the morning. To report debris in your area call 815-987-5763 (5764) or 815-987-5771...
