Cherry Valley Library delivers items to homebound

CHERRY VALLEY - Library systems all over the region are being impacted by the ongoing economic downturn. This is happening at a time when people are turning to the libraries for their entertainment options. These same libraries are being confronted with the continuing pressure of technology which can easily create new costs. The Cherry Valley Public Library District, which serves a geographic area in the southeast corner of Winnebago County and the southwest corner of Boone County, is seeing the same pressures as its peers.
