Travel Not Advise in Southern Third of State until Winds Subside and Roads are Cleared (WI)

WISCONSIN (WIFR) -- The Wisconsin Department of Transportation along
with the Wisconsin State Patrol report that northbound I-94 in Racine
and Kenosha counties and I-43 in Walworth County have been reopened
after being declared impassable earlier in the day due to heavy snow
and stranded vehicles.
